Tsahi Didi graduated with a B.A in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting from the College of Management Academic Studies in Rishon LeZion, and an M.B.A. in Business Administration with a focus on Financial Management from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He has been a CEO in the residential real estate sector and held several significant positions in various companies within the real estate industry. He is a certified public accountant.

Ophir Sarid graduated with a B.A. in economics and accounting from the University of Haifa and an MBA in law from Bar-Ilan University. He was previously Melisron’s vice president of finance for 8 years before becoming its CEO in 2019. He was Netvision’s vice president of finance before joining Melisron.

Meital Peeri has a B.A. in economics with a concentration in accounting and an MBA in business management and finance from Bar-Ilan University. She became Aviv by Melisron’ VP of Finance in 2024 and was previously a finance manager at Aviv Group and Aviv by Melisron for four years. She is a certified public accountant.

Alona Arieli-Lahav graduated with a B.A. in economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA in public policy from Tel Aviv University. She has been a VP of marketing, sales, and external relations in some of Israel’s largest and most esteemed companies for 17 years.

Keren Lande graduated magna cum laude from Tel Aviv University (LL.B). She became a legal advisor for Aviv Group and its subsidiaries in 2005 and has been vice president and general counsel in Aviv by Melisron since 2018. She has over 20 years of experience as a lawyer and legal counselor.

Yuval Cohen studied industrial engineering and management at the Ruppin Academic Center and graduated with a B.A. in business management from the University of Derby. He’s been a vice president of operations for about 10 years in Israel’s leading construction companies.

Tomer Handshtok is a civil engineer who graduated from the Technion with a BSc. He’s been Aviv by Melisron head of contracting since 2022 and previously worked as an Aviv Group engineer, managing projects in Israel and abroad for about 14 years. He was then a structural engineer within other leading Israeli companies for 10 years before he returned to Aviv by Melisron.

Roy Tamsha graduated with honors (B.A.) from the Technion’s Faculty of Architecture. He’s been a company architect for Aviv by Melisron since 2022 and has about 20 years of experience as an architect for the largest architectural firms and construction companies in Israel.
