Accessible Customer Service
All of the organization’s employees who provide customer service have undergone training and guidance for service provision to people with disabilities. These employees have received tools for providing accessible service and responding to related customer inquiries.

Accessible Website
Accessibility modifications have been made to the website in a manner that will allow people with disabilities and older people to use it with the same level of efficiency and enjoyment as all other users.
The website complies with the service accessibility modifications made in 2013 to the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law and was modified according to the recommendations of the Israeli standard.
A modification was made to the site to ensure its compliance with the accessibility requirements of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) to Level 2 (AA), and the site was built according to the W3C standard for CSS and HTML.
The website is optimized for display in different browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge) on both desktop computers and mobile devices. The website was tested using the latest Non-Visual Desktop Access (NVDA) screen reader.
How does accessibility work on the website?
An accessibility menu of the User Accessibility company is included on the website, and clicking on that menu allows users to open accessibility buttons. After selecting a topic from the menu, a user must wait for its page to load. The software works with the popular browsers Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and Opera, though its functionality is subject to the conditions of a browser’s manufacturer.
The website menu’s accessibility features include:
- Keyboard navigation
- Adaptation of the website to screen readers like NVDA and Job Access With Speech (JAWS)
- Blocking moving elements and flashes
- Adjusting font to four different sizes
- Changing color contrast
- Adaptation for people who are color blind
- Changing font readability
- Increasing the cursor’s size and changing its color to black or white
- Increasing the display to approximately 200%
- Highlighting titles and/or links
- Displaying alternative descriptions for images
- Accessibility statement
- Sending accessibility feedback
