The project consists of an intimate and quiet boutique building with only eight floors, located at 41 HaNetzach Street. It includes a variety of apartment styles, which feature spacious balconies that open to the green landscape surrounding the neighborhood. The building has a luxurious lobby, two advanced elevators, a bicycle and stroller room, and a two-story underground parking lot with direct access to the building’s elevators. The project’s apartments offer tenants plenty of room, with particularly spacious bedrooms and flowing common areas.

The neighborhood where the project is located is characterized by an established but friendly community that gave our building’s tenants a sense of belonging from the moment they moved in.

Green is the project’s dominant color theme. Public gardens, parks, and other green spaces border the neighborhood and can be seen from each apartment’s balcony, allowing tenants’ eyes to relax each time they look out at their surrounding landscape. Beyond these pastoral views, the building provides full access to the bustling Ussishkin, Bialik, and Sokolov Boulevards. These thoroughfares teem with neighborhood boutique shops, stylish cafes, and quality educational institutions. And all are located within the neighborhood, just a short walk from the Netzach building.
