Aviv’s Lieber Tower is located at the intersection of Pines Street and Park HaMesila near the Neve Tzedek neighborhood in Tel Aviv. The project’s clients benefit from the tower’s strategic location, placing them within walking distance of many high-profile cultural, tourism, and entertainment spots, including Rothschild Boulevard, HaTachana complex, Jaffa’s Noga complex, and the beach.

The Lieber complex originally served as the first factory in Israel to produce coffee, chocolate, and other sweets. Two familiar products sold to this day by the company Elite, which purchased the factory, are the Mekupelet chocolate bar and Bazooka chewing gum. In the early 1990s, the Tel Aviv Municipality began implementing building conservation plans in Neve Tzedek. These programs gave the old neighborhood new life, and Neve Tzedek quickly became a trendy and desirable area that now features designer shops, fashionable cafes, pubs, and restaurants. 

Today’s Neve Tzedek is a unique mixture of historical Tel Aviv with a new and fresh energy that attracts residents from all over the world.
