Histadrut Gimel (1)  is the first chapter of the Aviv Complex in Givatayim. Three buildings will be built within the complex, two of which will be connected on their first floors, giving an extraordinary appearance to the entire space. An additional building will be adjacent to the two connected buildings. Tenants will enjoy the public spaces within the three buildings, including a children’s playground, a spacious sun terrace, designated workspaces, a gym, a yoga studio, and additional facilities carefully designed by interior designer Daniel Hasson.

As is always the case with Aviv, for this project we carefully ensured that there would be a diverse mix of spacious apartments consisting of 3-6 rooms, as well as mini-penthouses and penthouses, suitable for all types of families and lifestyles.

Aviv in Givatayim allows tenants to live near the city’s most important areas: the Givatayim shopping mall, the Korazin Employment Center, a movie theater, public parks, neighborhood gardens, and leading educational institutions. This location also offers easy access to HaShalom Road, the Aluf Sade Interchange, Highway 4, and the planned Purple Line for the Tel Aviv Light Rail.

Aviv Initiatives is responsible for the bulk of construction in the neighborhood, allowing us to strongly influence the neighborhood’s tone and build an innovative and modern living space for its residents according to the vision and principles of urban renewal.
