Shirat HaYam is the new neighborhood north of Ir Yamim, which is considered Netanya’s most prestigious neighborhood. It borders the Iris Reserve and is located on Netanya’s southern seafront in an area of about 755 dunams between Ben Gurion Boulevard to the east and the beach to the west. 

The neighborhood’s residents will enjoy proximity to public institutions, schools, kindergartens, playgrounds, and sports fields, all of which are within walking distance of our two towers. As part of the plans for the neighborhood’s development, the beach will be restored and a new bridge will be built to the winter pond.

The main advantage of Aviv’s project in Shirat HaYam is its attractive location in the heart of a new, independent neighborhood with easy access to the sea. The Aviv neighborhood is establishing two innovative, new residential towers on the in-demand land that will include 125 housing units on the southern seafront. The towers’ construction adheres to the municipal plan for the neighborhood’s development, which requires the preservation of coastal iris flowers, connection with Netanya’s existing urban fabric, cultivation of the neighborhood landscape, and the construction of a visitor center. 

The project’s successful design is credited to the Kika Braz architectural firm, which expertly combines technology and functionality, transforming residents’ needs into design elements adapted to the spirit of Israeli culture.
