The “Aviv in Levontin” project is a fashionable residential complex consisting of two buildings on the corner of Levontin, HaRakevet, and Mikve Israel streets. The new building, which is a mere one-minute walk from the lively Rothschild Boulevard, restores the original structure of the Phoenix House with a rounded facade that follows the street’s outline. The complex, designed by the Gidi Bar Orian architectural firm, won first place in the 2015 “Sign of Design” contest in the residential complexes category.

The project consists of two buildings, with one located on the corner of Levontin, HaRakevet, and Mikve Israel streets and the other at Mikve Israel Street 17. The complex sits at the northern end of the fashionable and rapidly developing Gan HaHashmal district in Tel Aviv, which is a one-minute walk from Rothschild Boulevard, the city’s business center. The project includes approximately 118 apartments, which are best suited to young and lively tenants who enjoy a high quality of life in the heart of the city. It’s a great spot for those who are interested in an urban residential style with a unique character and personal touch. Commercial areas are located at the complex’s street level.
The project was designed by the architect Gidi Bar Orian in the spirit of the White City’s Neo-Bauhaus style. The building’s exterior surface consists of a plaster-wood mixture (Parklex Prodema). It has a diversity of spacious 2-room and 3-room apartments, as well as a floor of penthouses, a commercial ground floor, and three levels of subterranean parking. The common areas were designed by the architect Oded Halaf, who created a young and contemporary living experience. The center of the building features a lovely courtyard with a green, bright garden. Residents have access to a bicycle room, laundry room, three spacious elevators, and a common protected space.
