As part of the approved plans for this innovative residential complex, 733 new housing units will be built by Aviv. The residential concept offered by Kiryat Shechakim is based on the development of new public transportation routes that will quickly transform the neighborhood into Herzliya’s primary residential and business center and the general area’s metropolis. 

The neighborhood is located in a particularly accessible part of the city, bound by the Shivat HaKochavim Interchange to the east, Shivat HaKochavim Boulevard and the Ayalon Highway to the west, and Herzliya Park to the north. New public buildings, entertainment venues, and educational and employment institutions will be built in the complex. These buildings will fit into the open spaces that surround the neighborhood.

The project is being designed by one of Israel’s leading architectural firms, Yashar Architects. The firm has carefully planned a diverse mix of living spaces, including 2-room to 6-room apartments, mini-penthouses, and penthouses. The apartments are suitable for a wide range of families in different stages of their lives.
