The project is located in Tel Aviv’s Nahalat Yitzhak neighborhood. If there’s any place that combines the advantages of a lively city with the tranquility of a rural village, the refreshingly green and pastoral Nahalat Yitzhak is undoubtedly that place. We designed Hafetz Hayim according to our high standards, resulting in two beautiful, 9-story buildings with 2-room to 6-room apartments, garden apartments, mini-penthouses, and a rooftop duplex. Each family that comes to us will be able to find a living space perfectly suited to their current and future needs. 

The architecture of this project was entrusted to the firm “Frank Reich Architects,” led by the talented architects Yotam Reich and Guy Frank. Their architectural planning combines highly designed facades with cleaner, more modern facades that radiate a feeling of power and prestige. The architects’ meticulous attention to the smallest details is inspiring, giving you the home you dreamed of without compromising on anything. 

The location we chose for these buildings is in the heart of a rapidly developing neighborhood, right at the seam of Givatayim and Tel Aviv and close to HaShalom Interchange. Your new home is close to the Country Towers Tel Aviv, the community sports center, and several schools and kindergartens. Over the years, the Nahalat Yitzhak neighborhood has become particularly attractive to young high-tech workers, making it a neighborhood that’s fun to live and raise children in.
