The attractive location was chosen, once again, with the day-to-day life of the tenants in mind. We’ve carefully considered everything a family needs to maintain a high standard of living within an in-demand area.

Its diverse unit mix includes 2-room to 5-room apartments and spacious penthouses, allowing every family to find the right living space for their needs. 

The project was planned by the architectural firm Milbauer Architects Ltd., which emphasizes a balance of practical and social use within its design. Although the architectural design stands out within its landscape, it also successfully integrates into the neighborhood’s relaxed character and has become an integral part of its elegant atmosphere. A color palette of greys, creams, and wood tones creates a warm and homey environment which is also preserved by the building’s interior design. The project’s interior design was conceived by Daniel Hasson, a highly talented designer with a sharp and meticulous eye.
